I was three months pregnant when I began yoga classes for pregnant women at the yoga studio. The classes were given in small groups (2-4 women) which was excellent. The yoga teacher, Dr Anita, gave every woman personal attention, customising the lesson to suit everybody’s own needs. The lessons were really very good and Dr Anita is a well trained and experienced yoga teacher. Her lessons helped keep me in shape and energised during my whole pregnancy – which went very smoothly. It helped me prepare for giving birth as well. And last but not least, the lessons were good fun.The last class I took was a few days before I delivered my baby, a beautiful and healthy girl in December. After eight weeks I started with the regular yoga classes at the yoga studio to get back in shape, and to give me more balance in my life to take care of my baby together with a full time job. I would certainly recommend Dr Anita’s yoga classes.

  8. Thank you Dr. Anita for introducing me to the beautiful world of yoga. I was clueless about the strength of the yoga mat until I joined there. Well, I am still a humble beginner and I am yet to embody the practice completely but I can already feel its potential. I have gone through professional and personal challenges in the last few months. The practice helped me I feel lighter, fitter and better 🙂

  9. You are an excellent teacher – gentle, positive and encouraging. I feel a lot more calmer, centred and energetic. I love how learning is combined with one’s inner journey.

  10. This is one of the most enriching experience in my life. I had come here with limited expectations and enthusiasm. However, right from day 1 my approach & outlook changed. This not only helped me gain direct benefits during my pregnancy from the sessions but also gave me further learning process. Thanks to Dr Anita.

I took both prenatal and post natal yoga classes from Dr Anita, and the whole experience throughout the period was great. My body felt more relaxed and flexible which in turn made me feel happy and healthy which is the most critical thing during pregnancy. I would like to thank her for the meditation sessions during the pregnancy which took me to another level of peace and calmness
